CHE 674 - Air Pollution Control Engineering (3 units) Sources and quantification of air pollution; effects of air pollution; relevant statutory regulations; contemporary air pollution control technologies; system design; dispersion modeling.
Units of Lecture: 3 Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will have an ability to apply engineering research and theory to advance the art, science, and practice of the discipline. 2. Students will have an ability to design and conduct experiments as well as to analyze, interpret, apply, and disseminate the data. 3. Students will have an understanding of research methodology.
