EE 423 - Integrated Circuit Engineering (3 units)
Introduction to the design and fabrication of integrated circuits. Factors limiting integrated circuits specifications are considered and new technologies are studied.
Prerequisite(s): EE 320.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will have an ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering.
