INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The departments in Information Technology (IT) division offer support for computing, networking, and educational technologies for the campus. IT units are dedicated to assisting the technology needs of faculty and students in the classroom, in research and in public services.

IT assists the university community in the following areas:

Campus Computing & Telecommunications

Computing & Telecommunications (CTC) provides support for computing, software, and voice communications services to students, faculty, and staff across campus. CTC staff members provide direct support to colleges and departments for local computer servers and personal computers. Staff at the Research & Computing Help Desk, located in the atrium of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center, assist students, staff and faculty with NetIDs and computing questions.
