McNair Scholars Program

The Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Achievement Program is one of the programs under the Academic and Opportunity Support Programs office. McNair is designed to help prepare undergraduate students from disadvantaged backgrounds for doctoral studies through involvement in research and other scholarly activities. The goal of the McNair program is to increase the number of financially disadvantaged, first generation, and minority undergraduate students who pursue and complete a doctoral degree.
