Removal From Major

Students may be removed from a major at any time if they are not making satisfactory progress toward a degree, in violation of university conduct regulations or of the ethical standards of a professional program in which they are majoring. This action must be approved in writing by the dean of the college concerned, upon recommendation of the department faculty, and filed with the registrar.
