Declaration or Change of College and/or Major

Students may declare a major or change their college or major by obtaining the Declaration/Change of Plan (Major) form and securing the required signatures. This form is available online, or it can be picked up in the Office of Admissions and Records, or from your advisor. The completed form must be filed with the Office of Admissions and Records before it becomes final.

Students must satisfy the course, academic progress, and graduation requirements of the college or major to which they are transferring.
