CHS 280 - Introduction to Biostatistics in Public Health (3 units) Principles of biostatistics in public health and biomedical sciences.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 126 or higher.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered Every Fall and Spring Student Learning Outcomes (if available): Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to fully understand and describe the various methods used in health data analysis. 2. Students will be able to perform several methods of health data analysis and interpret the results. 3. Students will be able to critically evaluate scientific health journal articles.
