Units of Lecture: 3 Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of finite dimensional vector spaces and function spaces through proofs and examples. 2. Students will be able to determine analytical solutions for certain classes of linear integral equations, and apply Greens function methodologies to solve the problems formulated in the area of partial differential equations. 3. Students will be able to set up, analyze and solve problems arising in various application domains using methodologies they will study in this course.
