Theoretical concepts and practical approaches relevant to management systems and processes; recruitment, training, appraisal, compensation and labor relations. Emphasis on legal constraints and international management.

Prerequisite(s): MGT 323 and must be declared into a business major or minor.

Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to identify the fundamental roles and functions of HR.
2. Students will compose and complete a job analysis questionnaire and job description.
3. Students will be able to develop and deliver a training program.
4. Students will be able to develop an overview of laws and regulations that impact the HR function.
