Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to develop skills for managing conflict, both in organizational work settings and interpersonally. 
2. Students will be able to develop a “voice” and critical thinking skills necessary when approaching debatable issues that may cause conflicts in organizational settings. 
3. Students will be able to utilize their own experiences and case studies to recognize the principles of conflict and the techniques for its productive management. 
4. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of the interrelationship between theory and application of conflict management and organizational politics through written assignments.
