Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to recognize the importance of alignment of HR strategies with organizational strategy.
2. Students will be able to recognize and develop appropriate HR programs to fit the strategy in areas such as compensation management, staffing and training and development.
3. Students will be able to recognize, research and recommend solutions to HR issues facing companies and employees today.
4. Students will be able to research, analyze, develop and deliver training to the class on a significant HR issue facing society today.
