MKT 316 - Intermediate Marketing Management

Applications of marketing concepts to problems in planning industrial marketing strategy, structuring industrial buyer behavior, managing the marketing mix and negotiating trade relationships from a management perspective.

Prerequisite(s): MKT 210 and must be declared into a business major or minor.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to articulate the role of marketing management in the execution of the marketing concept. 
2. Students will be able to develop a critical understanding and appreciation of the role of marketing in generating firm profit.
3. Students will be able to critically assess and analyze the role of the 4P’s in the practice of marketing management and the strategic decisions with which marketing managers are faced.
