MSE 450 - Techniques of Process Design, Economics and Safety (3 units) CO12
Principles of materials science and engineering process design. Economics, safety, social and ethical considerations; organization of process design; process synthesis; computer optimization techniques applied to design.
Prerequisite(s): MSE 361 or CHE 311 ; MSE 460 . Recommended Preparation: Senior standing.

Upon completion of this course:
