Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to demonstrate familiarity with the current state of research in media studies.
2. Students will be able to make connections between and apply theories from cultural studies, music, theater, history, and media courses in the context of your study of television music.
3. Students will be able to will be able to demonstrate their writing ability, through weekly papers and large format papers.
4. Students will be able to demonstrate experience in teaching applied voice.
