NUTR 726 - Seminar in Nutrition (1 to 2 units) An examination of current nutrition issues and research foci. Maximum of 3 credits.
Offered: Every Spring Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to interpret, analyze and critique current research that relates to a specified nutrition topic. 2. Students will be able to prepare and deliver an effective oral presentation appropriate for a scientific audience. 3. Students will be able to develop effective visual aids suitable for an oral presentation provided to a scientific audience. 4. Students will be able to demonstrate professional behavior during a scientific presentation.
