Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to describe the political systems of Western European states.
2. Students will be able to compare political outcomes of Western European states.
3. Students will be able to analyze variations in institutional arrangements in Western European states.
4. Students will be able to contrast the ways in which institutional arrangements influence political outcomes in Western European states.
5. Students will be able to articulate similarities and differences in Western European states.
