PSY 713 - Behavioral and Systems Assessment

Theory and methods of the behavioral assessment of individuals and systems. Director observation, environmental assessment, functional analysis, task analysis, needs assessment, program monitoring and evaluation.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to determine the appropriate protocol to conduct preference asessments, discrimination abilities assessments, direct behavioral observational assessments experimental functional analyses, and basic precision teaching methods for assessing learning with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or other developmental disabilities.
