PAS 644 - PA Role Development IV (1 unit)
This course (series IV of IV) is designed to help first year PA students transition into their new roles as PAs and provide background on the PA role and profession.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to demonstrate ability to work with and understand the value of interpreters.
2. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of how medical errors may occur and how to manage bad outcomes.
3. Students will be able to describe the OR environment and how a PA functions in the operating room.
