CEE 486 - Computational Structural Analysis (3 units) Theory and application of direct stiffness method for truss and frame structures. Formulation of various structural elements and programming applications.
Prerequisite(s): CEE 371; CEE 381 with a “C” or better.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Spring Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will have an ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems. 2. Students will have an ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
