CS 480 - Computer Graphics (3 units) Software, hardware and mathematical tools for the representation, manipulation and display of two- and three dimensional objects: applications of these tools to specific problems.
Prerequisite(s): CS 302 with a “C” or better; MATH 182 with a “C” or better.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will have an ability to apply knowledge of computing, mathematics, science, and engineering. 2. Students will have an ability to design, implement, and evaluate a computer-based system, process, component, or program to meet desired needs, within realistic constraints specific to the field. 3. Students will have an ability to function effectively on multi-disciplinary teams. 4. Students will have an ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences. 5. Students will have an ability to use current techniques, skills, and tools necessary for computing and engineering practice.
