Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of how asymmetric information affects labor market related decisions such as hiring, recruiting.
2. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of the role of incentives in designing compensation policies.
3. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of the role of human capital in the labor market.
