EE 221 - Circuits II (3 units) Time domain and Laplace transform methods for analysis of electric circuits. Applications to passive and active filters. Modeling, analysis and simulation of circuits and systems. (Offered every semester.)
Prerequisite(s): EE 220 with a “C” or better; MATH 285 with a “C” or better.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall and Spring Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will have an ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering. 2. Students will have an ability to design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability. 3. Students will have an ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
