EE 340 - Power System Fundamentals

(3 units)
Basic power system analytical concepts, three-phase systems, phasors, impedance, steady-state network analysis, normalization, transmission lines, transformers, synchronous machines. (Offered spring semesters.)

Prerequisite(s): EE 220 with a “C” or better; EE 291; and EE 221.
