Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to discuss the role of an educational leader who facilitates, develops processes, and engages in activities related to organizational improvement.
2. Students will be able to discuss the role of organizational culture related to continuous improvement.
3. Students will be able to discuss and provide examples of the role of leaders related to high levels of personnel and organizational performance.
