ENG 321 - Expository Writing (3 units) Advanced composition in various forms of expository prose with attention to structural and stylistic problems. Does not fulfill a major or minor requirement in English.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall, Spring, and Summer Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to read academic arguments critically. 2. Students will be able to write an academic argument using support from a variety of sources. 3. Students will be able to analyze texts and present their meanings in writing . 4. Students will be able to identify disciplinary values for writing.
