Basic information regarding current and future problems and methods of conserving this country’s renewable and nonrenewable resources.

Prerequisite(s): One of the following: junior or higher standing; or at least three credits or work in geography or geology or a biological science.

Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to evaluate human and physical phenomena that relate to the conservation of natural resources.
2. Students will be able to analyze and apply conservation concepts and theory to real-world and hypothetical situations.
