CHE 705 - Fluidization Engineering (3 units) General behavior of fluidized beds, both static and flowing; mass transfer and heat transfer; modeling of reacting systems in fluidized beds; contemporary topics.
Units of Lecture: 3 Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will have an ability to apply engineering research and theory to advance the art, science, and practice of the discipline. 2. Students will have an ability to design and conduct experiments as well as to analyze, interpret, apply, and disseminate the data. 3. Students will have an understanding of research methodology.
