Interaction paradigms, frameworks, styles; design principles, models, tools, standards; interaction components: text, color, widgets, icons, speech, hearing, haptics; I/O devices; prototyping, implementation, evaluation; accessibility guidelines.

Prerequisite(s): CS 202 .

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will have an ability to design, implement, and evaluate a computer-based system, process, component, or program to meet desired needs, within realistic constraints specific to the field.
2. Students will have an ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
3. Students will have the broad education necessary to analyze the local and global impact of computing and engineering solutions on individuals, organizations, and society.
