Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to demonstrate familiarity with the theoretical merging of multicultural education and critical multiculturalism, centering on three constitutive dimensions (identities, power, and reflexivity).
2. Students will be able to perform an in-depth examination of current material and practices (in multiple forms) using critical multicellular frameworks.
3. Students will be able to co-construct critical multicultural material for use in their current and future careers.
4. Students will be able to identify ongoing and sustained links between multicultural theory and practice.
5. Students will be able to critically examine ongoing reflective professional opportunities.
