Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to recognize the complexity of issues related to higher education administration.
2. Students will be able to examine case studies of contemporary administrative problems and propose solutions.
3. Students will be able to critically analyze journal articles which relate to problems in higher education administration.
4. Students will be able to assist colleagues in solving administrative problems that arise in their professional lives.
