CS 655 - Mobile Sensor Networks (3 units) Emerging topics on mobile sensor networks (MSNs) research. Study and apply research methods commonly used in MSNs. Understand basic sensor/robot localization, navigation, fusion and control techniques.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Spring Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will have an ability to apply engineering research and theory to advance the art, science, and practice of the discipline. 2. Students will have an ability to design and conduct experiments as well as to analyze, interpret, apply, and disseminate the data. 3. Students will have an understanding of research methodology.
