Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. relate the formulation of planning law through recent times. 2. critically discuss a specific point of view related to existing planning laws. 3. apply critical thinking, writing, and creative skills to analyze the specific area of the seminar section taken.
