GEOL 646 - Photogeology-Image Interpretation (3 units) Application of photogeologic and image interpretation techniques for study and evaluation of terrestrial landscapes.
Units of Lecture: 1 Units of Laboratory/Studio: 2 Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. interpret geologic and geomorphology processes in air photos and satellite imagery. 2. make geologic maps. 3. present interpretations orally to an audience. 4. synthesize information and techniques to create reports.
