Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. critically analyze legal regulation of sex, pregnancy and family from a range of historical and epistemological traditions. 2. defend and criticize psychological, sociological, ethical and justice perspectives on legal regulations. 3. explain verbally and in writing a unique, original position based on previous research, justice principles and legal theory.
