CHS 796 - MPH Capstone (3 units)
Required of all MPH students, this culminating experience requires students to synthesize and integrate foundational and concentration competencies through professional development, a professional paper, and a final presentation. This course is cross-listed with MED 695 for medical students.
Prerequisite(s): CHS 798 .

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. communicate audience-appropriate public health content, both in writing and through oral presentation.
2. critically evaluate health-science manuscripts, both published and unpublished.
3. propose a commitment to lifelong learning and professional service including active participation in professional organizations.
