Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. recognize the differences among Treaties, Customary and Traditional Law as applied to international conflicts. 2. describe the courts and institutions which hear, interpret and apply International Law. 3. compare the international institutions which develop International Law. 4. apply appropriate cases and principles of International Law to contemporary international conflicts. 5. examine the concept of human rights. 6. evaluate circumstances in which the Law.
