Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. use the governing equations to predict atmospheric motions. 2. demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the manner in which atmospheric predictability is emplyed professionally. 3. conduct a deterministic application of atmospheric motions. 4. relate physical penomena to atmospheric motions. 5. demonstrate mentoring and team leadership skills by leading forecast discussions.
