Survey of the field of behavior disorders including characteristics, contributing factors, and an overview of interventions in school and related settings.

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. discuss historical perspectives on EBD and how they impact current issues facing the field.
2. assess works by authors on the characteristics of children with EBD and the experiences of teaching children with EBD and compare/contrast to their own perspectives to teaching students with behavioral challenges.
