Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. describe and analyze the major student development theories. 2. apply student development theories to current and future leadership roles and practices in higher education. 3. analyze research related to student development theory. 4. demonstrate understanding of the interaction between college students and their environment.
