Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. examine the variety of social, cultural, migrational, ethnic, and gendered contexts that inform music of the course topic.
2. speak and write about music with nuance.
3. discuss their knowledge of music history through in-class discussion and writing projects.
