PSY 695 - Ethics in Psychology (3 units) Ethical issues involved in clinical and research activities in psychology and behavior analysis in particular.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. pass the initial education requirements set forth by the UNR OHRP. 2. articulate the ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). 3. pass a BACB mock ethics exam. 4. generate real-life scenarios relevant to the BACB Professional and Ethical Code for Behavior Analysis. 5. describe how moral behavior develops throughout the life span. 6. discuss the rise, growth and present-day regulatory practices in behavior analysis.
