ME 489 - Introduction to Microtechnology (3 units) Microtechnology (or MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS)) is the application of traditional engineering disciplines at the microscale. Includes material set and design of microtechnology fabrication process flows.
Prerequisite(s): CEE 372 or EE 320 or ENGR 360 .
Units of Lecture: 2 Units of Laboratory/Studio: 1 Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. acquire and apply new knowledge as needed, using appropriate learning strategies.
