ME 765 - Thermal Management in Energy Storage and Conversion Systems (3 units) Overview of thermal management in energy storage and conversion systems such as supercapacitors, batteries and solar-thermal conversion systems, with emphasis on the thermal analysis and design of the graphene-based energy storage and conversion systems.

Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. apply engineering research and theory to advance the art, science, and practice of the discipline. 2. design and conduct experiments as well as to analyze, interpret, apply, and disseminate the data. 3. understand research methodology. 4. identify different mechanisms of thermal effects in energy storage and conversion systems.
