Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. explain the major biophysical and/or social patterns in the Middle Esat and the key drivers that give rise to those patterns.
2. analyze these regional patterns using geographical concepts.
3. apply critical thinking, writing, and creative skills to analyze cultural and social relationships and processes in a regional context.
