Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. apply theoretical and empirical work in social justice to dominant social concerns.
2. analyze linkages between social justice issues as well as between these issues and their social and cultural context.
3. critically analyze legal and social responses to social justice issues.
4. examine and criticize the assumptions underlying responses to social justice issues.
5. describe the interests of the various voices that contribute to the definition of and response to social justice concerns.
