This graduate-level course in judgment and decision making will expose students to contemporary and classic research in the major sub-areas of the discipline and will emphasize theoretical and empirical research.

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. explain major theories in judgment and decision making.
2. explain research methods used in major lines of research in judgment and decision making.
3. describe the varying positions and evidence for those positions regarding current controversies in judgment and decision making.
4. identify appropriate topics for future research in the area.
