Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify the requirements and training needed for a credentialed dietetic professional. 2. explain the origination, purpose and content of the Code of Ethics for the Nutrition and Dietetics Profession. 3. describe the characteristics of different dietetic specialties and practice settings.
