MGT 367 - Human Resource Management (3 units) CO10 Theoretical concepts and practical approaches relevant to management systems and processes; recruitment, training, appraisal, compensation and labor relations. Emphasis on legal constraints and international management.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 301 or MGT 323 ; Business major or minor.

Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify the fundamental roles and functions of HR. 2. compose and complete a job analysis questionnaire and job description. 3. develop and deliver a training program. 4. develop an overview of laws and regulations that impact the HR function.
