ART 450 - Critique Seminar (3 units) This course fosters critical dialogue and interdisciplinary exchange, helping students refine their ability to give, receive, and apply feedback to their artistic practices.

Prerequisite(s): portfolio review and approval of the department or acceptance into the BFA program.
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 1 Units of Laboratory/Studio: 2 Offered: Every Spring - Odd Years
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. articulate and apply constructive critique across diverse creative disciplines. 2. analyze and evaluate contemporary visual art practices using critical and theoretical frameworks. 3. integrate peer and instructor feedback to refine and develop individual artistic and creative inquiries.
