ITLD 611 - Programming Language in Education (3 units) Examining and mastering selected programming languages, including authoring languages, as they apply to education settings.

Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. master the basic syntax of selected languages such as HTML and JAVA. 2. use the language to create educational applications such as web-based learning and assessment. 3. evaluate and edit applications with selected language. 4. plan and conduct a research project related to programming languages in education to investigate certain teaching/learning issue.
